Games Day

Found these photos in my hard drive...This was my first event shoot and the sky was really dramatic and nice! Blue sky with the purest of clouds.

Past entries for Abstract

I like Moonwalk!

I managed to come up with this photo over a period of almost 2 weeks and I'm pretty satisfied with the outcome. :)

Shot this from 27th storey with super dirty, stained glass with my 70-200F2.8L. That's the best i could get. Lol...wish i was nearby the track!

More examples of layered old texture paper

Layering with Old Paper Texture

I have recently learnt how to layered a texture paper onto a photo to make it look oldie, torn, and sluggish if you may term it as. You can go to deviantART to download some real awesome texture paper...search and download those in high resolution like e.g 4 or 5MB. Otherwise you will end up with a small paper not enough to cover your photo.

You can then follow this tutorial here to guide you through. I learnt how to do this from this tutorial! It's kinda tedious to achieve this effect, but what you can do is to create an action in CS4 to record the steps in the tutorial and for subsequent photos you can just play the action with a click! Enjoy!

Sunrise at Lower Seletar 19 Sep 2010

I woke up at 4+ in the morning after i felt thirsty, but I couldn't get back to sleep after a drink, so might as well get my stuff and go for sunrise photos since i have been wanting to try out the clear reflections of the reservoir. It was worth the effort!! I got some real nice and crisp clear reflections..i especially like the 3rd photo from bottom with the photo of the reflection of the tree that resembles a globe/ planet. I will wanna try other reservoir if possible. lol..but they are just too far from location.
